Title: Rumble vs Vibe
Post by: R-Zitro on September 05, 2013, 07:39:57 AM
I have  a red vibe that I need to retire and it has been a favorite and go to ball when the lanes have caused me trouble. It has finish and is very controllable for me,  can some one compare the two for me.

My understanding is that the Rumble is solid and the Vibe is on the pearly side.

saw the rumble thrown Tuesday.  Awesome ball,  guy shot 770 with it but it looked way stronger than a vibe.

the Rumble is a dull solid while the Cherry Vibe is a mild, polished pearl.
I suspect the Scream is much closer in overall performance to that Vibe. My Scream handles light to medium-light oil with an arcing backend; I think that was the province of the Cherry Vibe also.

What about a 300a? Desert Hook?

If you want control in the Hammer line, perhaps an Arson Low Flare?  Vibes are still available with stronger covers and the Nail looks good to me as well.

I'd go with the Scream. It can be fully or have an even arc depending on the drilling. I like the way this ball rolls and I have a lot of confidence in this ball. Good luck!
