Hypothetical involving the Cell
« on: December 18, 2008, 05:30:18 AM »
If you were putting together a simple, 3 ball arsenal involving this ball, how would you set it up?  What other balls would you use?  (A spare ball is assumed as a "fourth" ball.)

I would assume if you were going to build your arsenal around the Cell I would go with this:

Cell agressive drilling of your choice
Cell Pearl with a comparable drilling
Perhaps a Pluto with a mild drilling

I think you would have some gaps though.

I would go weaker with the other two balls besides the Cell. Maybe throw a grand illusion in there and a neptune.  It depends what you bowl on and what your game is like. I think ideally it would be nice to have a 4 ball arsenal to fill some of the gaps. That way you could keep the Cell Pearl in there.

I would go

CELL-pin under
Grand Illusion,or Illusion-pin over
Neptune-pin over

or if u dont want the cell and what i think would have no gaps but not having a true heavy oil ball
Grand Illusion-pin under
Illusion-pin over
neptune-pin over
