Hey im getting a neptune for dry lanes but was wondering if it could be used as a spare ball on more oily conditions? Would this be recommended?

For a while Ive been trying to use weaker balls as dry/spare, its still tough when they hit the dry. I finally got a spare ball on monday before league, didnt miss a single 10 pin(it also seemed like I left more than usual).
