Hello, I am a two handed bowler(just converted after about a year of practicing the technique) with a speed of about 17.5-18 and a revrate around 480-500. I've ditched my track arsenal and started over again and I want to go with a Roto-Grip/Storm Mix. So far I have
Silver Streak Pearl: 5 x 4 1/2, lots of backend with this, can open up the lane on mostly anything but sometimes the backend gets wayyyy too angular too early and I have to put it up
and
Hot Rod: Same drilling. A little less tame than the Stilver Streak Pearl. Just as angular just alot later without the midlane read.
With such a high revrate I don't need the hugest piece for heavier oil. I was thinking I could get away with something like a Super Charge, Duece, Pure Fuel, or Rush. Then maybe a solid with an axis drill like a Razor Wire, Hot Wire, or Sonic Boom(I know its not a solid...) Then maybe something weaker than these all(Big Hit, Sonic Solid, Barbed Wire) etc.
I've seen these cores in these supposed drier lane balls(Sonic and Barbed Wire series) and I'm wondering how dry are they for with these very dynamic cores. Someone with my hand could probaly use them on the heavier side of medium-light. What I need are some good suggestions and exactly how aggressive these aforementioned balls are opposed to my current equipment.

DP,
with your high rev-rate you won't want something snapping, so for heavier, you'll probably be just right with a Rush.
Also, so you don't snap,....a Sonic Solid would be best on the lighter end...
