Interesting that the Wreck-It appears pretty strong yet it has a core and cover both rated below the middle of their respective categories.

It's not a surprise but with the Amped coverstock listed I would say that's a pretty clear indication that the No Rules Pearl is coming stateside at some point.

If you're inferring that everything on that chart is released (or will be) domestically, you are mistaken.

MicroSnap
Armor Plus
Armor
NRG Smooth

Are all aging coverstocks that never released stateside. The R3S Pearl was also an exclusive line coverstock that barely made it stateside with the Snap Lock.

As the Snap Lock made it to the states 6 months after Japan released it, who's to say the same won't happen with the No Rules Pearl though?... Europe, Korea, and Japan all got the No Rules Solid and No Rules Pearl simultaneously.  For being Made In USA, it's a shame they would give us "sloppy 2nds" months later instead of offering us more, higher developed versions #MilkingTheCow

Well when you barely touch the surface at the factory the Ra values are through the roof as in the case of the Wreck It. Smooth that same cover out and you get amazing length as seen in the Hustles.

True. It's kind of weird that they have all of them together on one chart when they separate the release info/pages everywhere else, but at the same time getting a full view of everything is nice.

I just can't imagine some variation of a pearl No Rules not being released stateside. That's the hole in the HP4 lineup in terms of reaction type. The No Rules is the early strong piece, the Eternal Cell is a middling reaction (usually filled by a hybrid), and then the Hyper Cell Skid replacement is missing.
