The Cell on clean backends ....
« on: January 31, 2008, 02:06:42 PM »
Just tried the Cell tonight on some fresh backends. While the oil pattern was far too dry (standing up against the ball return and trying to throw it hard - not my forte), when it got into a roll, it moved pins incredibly well.

Normally I would couch praise in terms of trying to make it NOT sound like the greatest thing since sliced bread. Many people here know that I do not lavish praise on many balls, if any.

The Cell is GOOD! This ball has pin movement and carry that no ball, so far in my experience, can beat. I have tried a LOT of balls in the last 5 - 8 years. No one has had better pin movement or carry and few can match it.

I still need to find enough oil to get a lock on this ball's true potential.

Mine will be here Saturday. Trying to decide how I want to drill it. How did you drill yours?
