Illusion vs. Kinetic

I am looking at these two for chasing the oil inside on a late league condition.  Can anyone compare these two?  Or anticipate

I have the benefit and pleasure of being on staff with Roto Grip and drill for some local staffers for other companies.  One of them being Track.  His Kinetic we drilled pin to pap 3 3/8 and mb @45 degrees. Wanted med length and have a pretty good reaction off the dry.  This was the trick for him, but tends to be a little touchy on THS.
My Illusion I have drilled 45 degrees, 5 inches, 35 degree (Dual Layout System).
Basically I wanted to have a late mid-lane move, with an aggressive back in motion.  Again, for me it is way to much for our THS, but I am able to go to it later in the league night.  My best look with it has been on Shark pattern.
Hopefully this helps.

As I said on your Track thread, if I had to choose b/t the 2, I'd go with the Illusion.  Although it's designed for length and backend, you'd probably need a bit more oil in the heads with the Kinetic in order to get it through the front b/c of it's lower RG rating (2.48).  Considering it has a higher RG (2.53) I think the Illusion will glide through the fronts more easily for you.

I could give you more reasons why I'd go with the Illusion over the Kinetic, but just remember I'm only assuming someone has a gun to my head and is forcing me to make a decision b/t the 2.  Both of these balls are really good balls and I would encourage you to choose the ball that you think you'll feel the most comfortable with.  Best of luck to you!

Thanks for the input.  It's nice to have a ball comparison on a ball that hasn't even been released yet.  The illusion looks like my choice.  I might search for a pro pin and put the pin high above bridge,cg stacked.  Does this sound like length and snap?
