Up Coming Roto Release
« on: May 09, 2009, 11:16:52 AM »
Well, I know its coming soon. I have heard from several sources that the Cell replacement will be coming for next season. I'm mostly really looking forward to seeing if they use any names from that name contest a few months ago.

Does anyone think they are going back to the rotary core because Wes likes the Silver Streak? He used it quite often during qualifying and match play during the year. Don't get me wrong I'm not complaining but should we all thank Roger and Wes for the gifts we are about to recieve?

Yes it is an overseas ball - but note - it has a core not yet seen in the US - If the Rotary Core is coming to the Sword line that may be the predecessor of the new Shield line.

I am assuming (yeah) that there is a lot more marketing mileage in the Cell.

Having had a second look at the Empire it would seem to fit with or above the Cells. Way too much hook for a Planet replacement - IMHO

I believe Wes was using a Rogue Cell last nite on TV...

Boy that ball made him look good....

Cause I don't think he hit the same mark twice all game... Yet shot 257...

New meaning to the term... "area"

Gentlemen, gentlemen. Simmer a little. We're getting a treat not too far off from now, and everyone's at each others' necks...

Can't we all just anticipate some Rotary core and get along?

Goodness.

Anxiety can be unpredictable, apparently. Sheesh.

Funny on our TV,  it looked like a Rogue... And everyone I talked too today thought that too...But if it was a Cell pearl, no big deal...Never seen a Cell Pearl with that much Purple in it...

I just wanted to "settle" this part quick.  Wes has used a Cell Pearl every week of Kings.  Roto-Grip mentions it on thier website after every telecast.

Roger you're such a tease, I won my Rogue on here and there's just not quite enough oil to unleash that beast right now. Rogue was my first Roto and i've heard so much about the Rotary core, I'd love to throw some more

I would say Solid and Pearl with no Hybrid yet though given a choice I would rather have a Hybrid and a Pearl with no Solid. Give us some decent colors and you should have a sales hit - ball of the year material
