I recently got a great deal on three balls- a Disturbed,
a Berserk, and a Wrecker.

Right now I have a Mutant cell pearl,and Storm Crossroad already in the bag.

My main concern is will the Berserk and Wrecker overlap any? I am a cranker,
420-440 rev rate, 17mph speed(monitor), with 13* of tilt and 60-70* axis rotation.
So for those who have both the Berserk and Wrecker, how much of a gap is between them?

Heck, I'm not dead set on anything other than lessons this summer. I'm just thinking outloud. Last Storm ball I had was the Trauma ER. Tell you anything? I was all Track before the Ebo buyout, then flirted with Morich for a second, then started using 900 when they formed. Every Storm ball I've had has been great.

It is imperative that you start any arsenal with Utah based products with a HyRoad, first and foremost and build from there. Ive never been a big believer in buying 6 balls all at one time. Id buy in increments of two. For example, a Hyroad and Lights Out would be a good start. Roll those for a week and then add to your aresenal from there. If I recall correctly, you are from Illinois, im from the Northwest suburbs of Chicago and you will be hard pressed to find any volume anywhere in the upcoming summer months.

Two balls to keep under strong consideration are both the IQ Tour and IQ Tour Pearl. The Lucid is a great ball as well, especially playing to the right and swinging the track. Also, dont forget the Marvel Pearl, if you can find one. That ball is far and away a must have. I would not even consider the Fire Road an option. Not really a special ball, and the things that ball does particularly well, other balls do better.

The Sync and Freakin look pretty awesome. I am bowling a Kegel league in St Charles, and the first 3 weeks we're bowling on 48 feet of oil. So I'm good on volume lol.

The HyRoad is a great ball, no doubt. It doesn't matter if you stick with OOB finish or if you change the surface. It just flat out works. That's why it has remained in their lineup for over 4 years.
