I was bowling today on what is usually a pretty well oiled pattern and today for some reason it was pretty light.So i was thinking since the season is almost over and i wont see much more than medium walled shots this summer i would polish my cell.
Mind you that i also have a polished nvs and a machine at 1500 or so ,but because my cell was hooking so much ,the nvs was leaving the 10 pin and my mean machine at 1500 was just too squirly i figure what the heck.Best reaction of all three was the polished cell . I didnt shoot phenomenal ,but i didnt look like the house hack i usually look like. one lane was 5 boards tighter than the other and i had the darndest time figuring it out.
That being said now i have to get another cell and leave it dull. I hate when i screw up like this.Darn it ,all the balls i have and now i need to buy another cell for heavier oil because i dont want to dull this one up again. PLus i think my nvs has lost its spot in the bag and my dull odyssey is back in for now. Looking for a 16 pounder,(mine is 15),going to drill it pin under middle finger with mb just right of thumb. Going to keep it at 1000. I think it will be just strong enough for when the shots a little to much for my odyssey at 400.
