Title: Where would the Dark Star and Riot fit ?
Post by: tvphotog on March 10, 2010, 09:01:15 AM
I have a Dimension @ 2000 (pin down), Dynamo @ 4000 (pin up) and a Hy-Road at 1500 polished (pin up), where would the Dark Star and Riot fit in my aresnal ?

The Dark Star is probably going be the weakest with the Riot sitting just above your Hy-road.

if you get both, try'em at box finish then go from there.

The Hy-Road is rated for Heavy/Med. Heavy lane conditions and the Riot is rated at Medium/Medium-light lane conditions. I see the Riot as fitting just below the Hy-Road! The Riot has a lower Differential than the Hy-Road and similar RG numbers. Just my $.02, Bruce

OOB the Riot is a whole lot stronger than you'd think. Bring it up to 4000 and/or polish it and it'd prolly fit nicely under your Hy-Road and then the Dark Star would fit just under that.

Not really sure about weak. I drilled mine up and it has the most length, but the most backend. This ball is crazy sideways

The HyRoad box and the Riot box, the Hy-Road is made for a little heavier oil than the Riot! The Riot was designed to fit between the Nomad and the Planet line. The Nomad is similar reaction to the Hy-Road, so the Riot would be just under the Hy-Road and Nomad! The Riot is a little higher RG and lower Diff. than the Nomad and Hy-Road! The Riot and Dark Star are a modified Jolt! Just my $.02, Bruce

Zack P, I think what he was referring to is the Dark Star being the weakest of the ball the op had listed: I have a Dimension @ 2000 (pin down), Dynamo @ 4000 (pin up) and a Hy-Road at 1500 polished (pin up), where would the Dark Star and Riot fit in my aresnal ?
Which it probably would be, being a pearl higher Rg and lower Diff. than the others.
