Who has the Roto Grip Wrecker?

Logically should be a step down from the crossroad right?

Who has one...and how do u like it?

Thinking about getting one (or two).  I can't decide if I want pin up or down.  May try to get a Rising Star if I can still find one and get a better price.  Looking forward to hearing more feedback about the Wrecker. 
How do you plan on drilling yours Billdozer?

I have a Rising Star.  Is highly reactive on anything Sparky, but on a 40 foot shot starting 2nd game it is unstoppable.

Lots of push, lots of revup, lots of recovery, awesome hit!  When it is too much you will know it.

Pin under ring stacked!

I read somewhere that the coverstock on the Wrecker is supposed to be a little weaker than on the Rising Star.  Don't remember where I saw that though.  Otherwise, they are the same ball.

I read the wrecker cover stock should be 5-7 feet longer than the rising star. I personally didn't like the Rising Star. Loved my DarkStars!!

The only layouts on symmetricals that i have success with are cg in the palm...with pin up outside the ring.  Everything else is too flippy at the breakpoint (yeah literally) or checks up too soon...cause my biggest issue is my ball speed.  Im actually getting it to go below my crossroad...so ill probably punch it up exactly the same.

Mine is quite long with 2000 and polish!  AND it's stacked drilling(me side roller like 60 degree). 

I struggle to get over 15 mph and when I do on our 35 foot shot with suppossed buff to 40(acts about 38) this ball pushes real fine.  Lots of revs up with this push also.  Smash!

I love this core so much I've got a Shatter sitting on the shelf next to maybe replace my big Sonic Boom(I move left from the Rising Star however)!

Bill,

I don't know if you have other Hybrids.  They are very strong off the breakpoint some of them.

I have an AMF Shred IT.  It is humumgous with it's low rg and high diff core and Hybrid coverstock.  When it is good it is very very good but when it is too much it is horrid!

My Rising Star is so much more controllable on our lighter league.  It is still my biggest reacting ball off the spot, that I use.  The Shred it,(similar specs to the Modern Marvel) much bigger!

Now maybe if I had a 40 foot shot...it would be different.
Current is 35 feet with buff to 40.  Rising star is too big at first!

Had a shred it...it was over under like crazy..

Im hybrid nutcase...still use the rogue cell and hyroad...my VE cracked...and the cross road is always my go to. honestly i had a tougher time finding oil for my CT (now polished, and its killer) and the lucid i got!

Billdozer, have you gotten to throw yours yet?
I stopped by the shop last night and they had one, but it was a short pin-out.  I want to drill it pin up so have to wait until they get one in next week.  Thinking about hitting the box surface with 4000 when I get it.

Mine is 50* 4 3/8' 30* Actually needs a bit more friction than my hyroad and crossroad(the ball I actually replaced the wrecker with).  But once the track area was eaten up, money.
