How to Buy International Releases

Ahoy guys, does anybody know where I can buy an international release here in the states?  I'm looking at this Defiant Amped: http://www.rotogrip.com/international/defiantamped.

A user here does that. He has a Facebook called ibb bowling I believe.

You can get hold of him much quicker there.
