Anyone else throw this ball. I'm very interested in hearing more opinions. I have a gash in my Deep Purple and I'm considering this as a replacement.

I can tell you that the solid version is definitely strong.  It worked out for me better than the Nano with it's combination of length, midlane read, and backend.  The solid was not as much hit or miss compared to the Nano solid.  The core does a great job keeping pins low and carries well.  It's also really driller friendly.

The hybrid is going to be closer to the Rogue Cell- sanded hybrid and I think the cover has a little more pearl than solid.  From what I've saw on the show almost 2 weeks ago and some of the reaction videos, it looks to be more predictable and smooth throughout.  I think it could easily replace the Deep Purple and give you more versatility.

Holy crap is all I have to say.  I purchased today. Drilled 65x4.5x40. Talk about back end and continuation. Never threw anything this strong with that reaction. Bowled on fresh oil last night. No one bowled on them. Not as good as true fresh but gave me a nice idea. It's 3-4 feet longer than my deep purple with a great punch. I'd say its 1-2 boards stronger over all... The move it makes is incredible. Carried well too. It will get the real test Friday night. I can see it being a bit more versatile because if the nice on the backed. I love my deep purple so this ball will have to be incredible for me to have that feeling.  First impression is great.

Glad you like it.  Overall, I've been impressed with the MicroBite covers that RG has come out with.  Even my solid Defiant has quite a bit of continuation in back and doesn't die out nearly as much.  IMO, better than the NRG covers.

Here's a video of Chris Schlemmer throwing it:

Mine is 60* 5" 35*.  Definitely my favorite of the three.  If I had to compare it to anything I've thrown it would be a virtual energy without polish. Decent length and heavy roll without puking when it sees friction.

Picked up a defiant soul one of the pros left behind. Threw it last night didn't plug it to fit me so the span was a little long. But i have to say i think I'm gonna like this one. I had the defiant and it just didn't continue enough for me. The soul had great pop on the fresh and I've been battling the transition having to make big moves the last few weeks but the soul let me stay in the same spot all night without moving or losing carry. As they broke down it read the fronts more and lost backend but still had enough pop to open the lanes up and not ping 10s all night. Was waiting to see if i wanted to plug it but i think i will.

Picked one up last Thursday night and used it in my league Tuesday. Decent night with a 685 out of the box. I was able to use it the whole night...seemed to carry the down and in shots in the deeper oil better for me than the swing shots that hit the dry and pinged back but still had decent carry and was reasonably forgiving. Didn't change the surface and don't have any extra holes drilled in it yet...waiting to see how it worked before we tweak the reaction. All in all a very solid and nice ball.
