Wrecker vs Asylum
« on: January 12, 2014, 08:43:46 AM »
Anyone have both? I use the Wrecker on a light to medium house shot and love it! Does the Asylum have the same snap as the Wrecker and entry angle?

No, stronger core and cover. Earlier motion and smoother backend reaction, more oil handling capabilities.

I've considered both balls for medium under my original Cell.  You can't compare them OOB.  For me and my stats.  I'd need 5"+ pin to PAP on both and cover adjustments for sure on the Asylum my ball speed isn't high enough and house conditions are light-medium.

I agree. The Wrecker is more skid flip where the Asylum is more mid lane - heavy roll ( strong arch)

With the OOB covers sure an Asylum at 3000 is going to roll more and arc.  Wrecker at 1500 polished is going to be more flippy.  Makes sense.
