Silver Streak Pearl. When it was new, it was the one ball that could make just about anyone look like a cranker. It had the strongest move down lane of any ball I've ever thrown. It was actually better after about 50 games when the extreme flippyness got toned down. I still have it, but it's just not the same ball any more. There's not a ton of games on it and the cover is good and clean, but I get real bad over under with it. May the newer more viscous lane oils aren't a good match for it.

Mine has to be the Nomad Dagger. On medium conditions, it is easily the most predictable ball I have ever thrown.

The Rising Star is the best Rotogrip ball I have rolled. Not the biggest hooking ball out there, but I use it to consistently post high scores.
You will not see me on the PBA Tour, but I love the game!!!

RSP without a doubt. Nothing I have or had hit like this ball. Plus I shot my highest scores with it. 300/801 and then 299 in the City tournament. Next best would be my Critical Theory/Defiant..

I always hate answring this question because there are just so many Roto balls that I love!
The RSP was my favorite benchmark ball before it cracked the entire circumference of the ball.
The Epic Battle was my favorite for heavy oil, until they came out with the Cell!
My Nomad is one of my all time favorites for all conditions.
I loved the Horizon Solid and it became my benchmark ball after the RSP cracked.
I shot 300 games with my Theory, but I use the Infinite Theory more often!
Right now, with all the light oil conditions I am constantly seeing it's a tie between my Ultra Sonic, and my Riot!
So, all I can say is......all Roto balls are my favorites!

Roto Grip's Original Fuel (orange+black). Threw my 803 with that ball. Probably the most consistent ball I had.
2nd choice would be the Epic Battle...really wish they would bring these 2 balls back in some form.

1. Cell/ Silver Streak (wont make the decision as to which was better)
2. Cell Pearl (a cell that was more usable on THS)
3. Oracle Vision (very underrated, so much so that people were constantly coming up to me to ask me what I was throwing that was striking like that)
4. Horizon pearl (long and strong off the back and was usable on almost every condition)
5. Epic Quest (best heavy oil ball I've ever thrown, just mad I couldn't find enough oil to consistently throw it)
aka. Big Daddy Pink, Pink Pinkstofferson, Smooth as Asian Silk, Righty Complex, Big Daddy Wit Da Smooth Head.

Roto Grip Rising Star. This is one of the best balls every made. The hybrid cover stock fits my game like a glove!
The hitting power is unbelievable and unreal!! These are the words that describe Roto Grip’s Rising Star when it is in my hand! When I use the Rising Star I get superb length with this ball. The ball is very controllable! It has a constant backend reaction.
I like the ball so much that I have 2 with different layouts. I would like to thank Mike Sinek for laying out one of these gems for me!! I have used both of these balls on THS and various PBA – Sport Patterns! As a matter of fact, this week I cause quite a stir Monday at my PBA league using both of these balls! You would have thought that I had thrown a 300 with all the excitement around my 2nd game!! I did not throw one, but it sure felt like it!!!!

I changed my mind. I initially said Mutant Cell, but I took out my Rising Star and Grenade to go practice this evening after not using both of them quite a while. Dang, the Rising Star was mean!!! Old wood lanes, carry down and then the lanes started to get a bit fried, but the RS was so usable and when I tugged it, it held, and if I threw it out, it came roaring back. I forgot about this piece, so my vote goes to the Rising Star!!!

I have had a few Roto-Grip balls in my time.I really enjoyed the Destiny which was an overseas ball.Very aggressive and versatile but died so fast.I am now throwing an Illusion that has become my benchmark ball.This ball is simply amazing.When I first bought it I didn't care for the polish on it.Too much over under.I took it to 3000 abralon and I woke up a sleeping giant.I haven't shot under 660 since having the ball.Best ball hands down.

I just picked up the Defiant, what a great ball, I enjoy throwing this ball, it far out performs any of
my previous balls, I am a low rev stroker looking for all the help I can get on heavy conditions, this ball
gives me the movement I was looking for not a lot, but just enough where I can face up to the pocket.
For Me on drier conditions, this ball really shines with the low revs.

Pure fuel, shot my high series of 775
Cell, win the washington state open in 2010 with that ball, making no moves with feet or mark I shot 754.
Rs-1, just an all around great pearl ball to have. I'm on my second right now.
Retro resurrection, I bought this ball single drilled on thurs and shot 300 with it my second game, almost have had 3 more since then. This is the best rolling ball in my bag right now.
I also own an Rsp and a rush.

For me it was a 1-2 punch that I carried for about 2 years, Cell and the Grand Illusion...
Best back to back years of my bowling career... 20-300 games and 12-800 games in those two years and averaged over 240 for those 2 years... I hated the day I had to give away those two balls... More recently, I have fell in favor with the Rising Star and Defiants... I have 4 Defiants and 2 Rising Stars I use primarily in leagues and tournaments....

As of recently, I would say my best is the Rogue Cell. The ball is extremely versatile and allows me to play multiple lines.
The Epic Battle was my favorite until it cracked. They need to bring back the partice

However, I can now say hands down that the Rogue Cell is a great complement to the Defiant. I've now used the Rogue Cell on some heavier conditions and some shots with carry down where that hybrid cover allows me to go through the front really clean but get a nice, strong backend that is predictable. I found one used for cheap and less than 20 games on it.
I am really glad that I drilled that bad boy up. In fact, I think it could easily take the place of my 919C and wouldn't think twice about it.

Got a defiant when if first came out, first game was a 300, 279, 201 and 244 in a local tourny. Dont use the defiant much due to the lack of volume around here.. Lol. Tho when it doenst finish, i touch it up by hand with a used 2000 abralon. Brings it right back to life!!
