Hi all,
Im proud to present to you the Dark Star and Riot videos from videoballreviews.com
I am doing something new and including some voiceover work with each video to help explain what myself and TJ saw on the lanes with each ball. Hopefully the added touch helps and expands on the information you can gain from these videos.

VERY well done!
I only watched the surface change video but i did notice that it had tj's specs listed followed by the ball layout with brittons pap.
--------------------
tweener
300 revs
16 mph
17 degrees of tilt
when you're feeling blue,
just say to yourself "what would BallBaggins do?"

Good catch icewall, when you stare at these things for hours sometimes its the little things like that which get missed. I will re-edit at somepoint and re-upload.

Looks good Britton.
Only critique I'd say your angle of camera should change. Too low and too forward to see better ball reaction on whole lane. Take a look at Brunswick's Billy Orlikowski's video's. Those are the best IMO. Better camera angles above and behind the bowler. I imagine he uses a tripod maybe set on the counter behind settee area. I wouldn't think that would be hard to do.
Keep up the good work for Storm and RG.
BTW.....Nomad Solid pin down has become my middle of road benchmark...shot multiple great scores with it this year....one 800. So much so, that I am looking more and more towards Storm/RG.
Need any clubs this year LMK.

Great job on the videos. I liked seeing the differences with the surface changes and was especially glad to see the Rico drilled layouts. I'm leaning towards getting the Dark Star and was planning on a Rico layout. I'm probably speed dominant and the one ball I have with that layout has been really working well for me this year. It is sometimes too strong/early for the condition and I was thinking a weaker pearl with that layout might work out. Based on what I saw on the video, I think this is what I'm going to do. Will be throwing them at the Storm/Roto Grip demo day coming up at Imperial bowl and will likely buy one then. I may just have to get the Riot as well.

ive never tried a rico drilling b4.. seeing this darkstar with it makes me wana try one now!! LOL
was told the layout would be to "rolly" for me...????
-
TC: generally with the drilling the ball will roll early but be super smooth on the backend. This layout works awesome for me on Shorter oil patterns and also fresh house - shots where I can square up and play the track area. I hope this helps!!

Britton the videos came out great!! I do like the extra commentary in there. It seems that the surface part is a hit (alot of bowlers at my center are also getting more interested in surface adjustments and they really enjoy the surface change videos.
