The Raging Bull Charged is the strongest pearl bowling ball we have produced to date. The brand new AgRP coverstock will give you good length on medium to heavier oil patterns, and provide tremendous traction on the dry boards for maximum grip on the backend.

I laid out my Raging Bull Charged to be somewhat of a stronger backending ball, but its not what I got. It was BETTER!

The Raging Bull Charged is unlike any other shiny pearlised ball I have thrown. When most people think of shiny, pearl, and high performance, they think of "BIG BACKEND". well thats not the case with the new Raging Bull Charged. The reaction I got from my layout of 65 x 4.5 x 35 was something that cleared the heads good after my Raging Bull was starting to burn up too fast, but still grabbed the mids great and had a predictable but strong backend.

The RBC fits right into my arsenal for when I am on a heavier pattern that has started to break down and my Raging Bull just cant quite turn the corner hard enough.

If you want a ball that hooks in the oil and still pops off the back enough to smack out the corner pins, pick up a Raging Bull Charged and stomp the competition.

SPECS:35X 4 1/2X70 dulled to 500 abralon then added Motiv Power Gel Polish

SABRE LANES: Older well kept Wooden lanes, RBC is my step down from my Requiem. Standard THS.A few weeks ago the House started experimenting with the THS Pattern, and RBC has seen a lot of use. Playing about 17 out to around 5-7 board around 44 feet ball makes a smooth move to the pins and has no quit all the way through the deck. RBC gives good length easy length and predictable moves off the spot on this house pattern which can be a little more angular than most.

SPORT PATTERN NOTES: On many different Sport Patterns from Team USA to PBA Patterns this ball has been great! The smooth roll and easy length helps blend away over under. RBC allows you to play closer to friction with simpler lines to the pocket. But when hook is needed simple hand adjustments can make the RBC jump to a new gear.

On a Medium length Team USA Pattern (not sure which one) I started straighter with RBC going 13 out to 10 or so. As the pattern transitioned I moved in with RBC and it had no problems recovering from deeper on the lane. Even has I went to about 22 at the arrows and going to about 13 at the arrows I used a little stronger release and still got RBC back very easily.

On VIPER, I played RBC in a little going 15 to 10 with it, using a up the back release and the RBC Easily matched a friends VG NANO Pearl, I was starting about two boards left of where he was. Overall on the pattern the NANO Pearl had a touch more length and was more angular, my RBC was about 2 feet earlier but, still rolled all the way through the deck with no problem.

HIT/CARRY: RBC keeps pins low on the deck when moving deep messengers coming across are very common. Carry is very good ten just gets ripped out by the six and four pins are rare even on high hits.

COVERSTOCK: Is very strong easily one of the strongest Pearls I have ever owned. This cover is very adjustable. When I first got it the OOB surface was not for me. I knocked the polish off it, took it down to 500 abralon then put a coat of Motiv Power Gel Polish and it made all the difference in the world. RBC jumped to life. I love the read off the spot, so consistent never any surprises yet when I need to get in and hook it I make a simple hand adjustment and the it is like a whole different ball. Still controllable but is has a different gear as I mentioned above.

OVERALL: Great ball, IMO one of the most versatile high end bowling balls on market, it can be used successfully on many different patterns on many different lines. The RBC is a easily on par with VG NANO Pearl.

Likes----- Ball gets down the lane and makes a controllable charge towards the pocket. Very generous on missis inside and out. Can play multiple lines on THS with this ball making it very versatile for me. Keeps pins on deck for lots of pin action. Carries light shots with the best of them. BALL REACTION

Back End: Strong but controllable

Overall Hook: Very strong for a pearl ball, will handle most any Hvy-Med Hvy pattern as long as there is friction either on the back or to the right of the pattern.

Midlane Read: Very good midlane read, sets up the backends very nicely.

Breakpoint Shape:On THS, very angular, gives you all the room you could want at the back of the pattern.

COMMENTS

Likes: Very clean, ignores friction in the fronts. Very Controllable for an upper end piece. Can open up the lane if need be, or go up the boards with simple hand adjustments. Very versatile.

Dislikes: None so far.

On Ths, this ball is super strong, opening up the lane from as deep as you want. On the Nationals pattern, I had more than enough room from around 15-8, it really opened up the back of the pattern for me, and was controllable enough that it kept me in the 1-3 pocket from multiple angles. It is super stong off friction, and works great from inside for me when the track starts to dry up, allowing me to chase the pattern deep and throw too the burnt spot.

I will say that on the Nats pattern it was more speed sensitive, I really had to make sure I kept my speed up, otherwise it was coming thru the nose. On both shots, carry hasnt been an issue, as long as I threw it well it did the job.

This ball even for a pearl is super strong. I tend to get good use out of upper end pearls, they really allow me to open up and use steeper angles without having to worry about the ball burning up like I see alot with solids, even in the mid range. What Im really sold on, is how controllable it is throughout the pattern. This is where the RBC really shines, it keeps you in the pocket provided you throw it correctly.

This is quite an exceptional ball, very strong, even in the heavy old. Its not quite a skid snap but very heavy arch when it hits the dry. Comes back every time! Would recommend to everyone!

SPECS:65X5X70 OOB Surface with slight touch of a 4000 abralon pad.

Shoreveiw Lanes: Synthetic Lanes about two years old. We bowl on just the THS pretty good volume
more than what you see in most houses. This Review picks up after the second round of match play.
track was burning out really bad. Grabbed the RBC and was able to play far straighter than any of the
other power players left in the tourney. Going 13 out to 5-6 got easy push through the front of the lane
and RBC got to the break point very easily. Move off the spot was consitent and smooth very easy to
read. RBC rolled all the way through the deck, very good carry. As they continued to dry out I continued
moving in and the ball kept its read the rest of the night.

COMPARE: To my first RBC (RBC1) drilled 35x4 1/4x70 surface is 500 abralon with a coat of motiv power gel
polish. RBC1 is about 4-5 feet earlier and more a bit more angular off the spot. RBC1 is far more suited
to heavier volumes as it sees action on Viper, Scorpion once transition starts, the Mens Open
Pattern, and Meduim/heavy THS Patterns. RBC2 is longer and smoother, I can play far closer to friction with it and not worry about it jumping off the spot.

COMPARE:To BlackOut Drilled 35x6x35 OOB surface RBC2 is earlier and smoother off the spot than
the BlackOut. RBC2 can be used to play the same volume as BlackOut but straighter. When Moving
in on a Meduim Volume or a broken down pattern BlackOut is my choice. When I need to play straighter
or the lanes are getting really jumpy RBC2 is my choice.

HIT/CARRY: The same as the other balls in the in the Horn Core Series. Carry is tremendous six pin rips
the ten in half on all hits. Lights hits send pins flying in all dierections caves in buckets more often than
not. Like any other ball in this line or produced by this company if it hits the 1-3 the pins go down light
or heavy, going around the corner or up the boards, if you have a ton of hand or no hand at all this
ball WILL knock pins down.
