Description: The Euphoria is our first “lower mid priced” launch, allowing your customers to get Seismic’s premium performance at a very affordable price. The Euphoria’s performance comes from its simplicity; the smooth revving “flattened egg shaped” Overb core is wrapped in a pearlised LNS coverstock providing length on even lighter oil conditions and a strong, snapping, back end reaction. The LNS coverstock is a pearlised, version of the LNC cover used on the very popular Solaris Blackout.

First, I want to thank Ryan and the group at Seismic for having the contest that allowed this ball to end up in my hands. It was fun and challenging. Now, on to the good stuff.

This drilling gave me an 35 X 4 1/4 X 70.  I was looking for a ball that could handle a lighter volume, but still be a smoother reaction without as much over/under as many of my stronger drilled "light conditions" balls have given me in the past. Not only did I get everything I was looking for, I got more. I got a ball that will do exactly that, but will also continue to let me chase the oil line deeper and still turn the corner with enough power to get the corners out.

First night out with it was an experiment. Not being familiar with the ball, it seemed "squirty" after the lanes started transitioning, so I gave up on it rather early. Carry was impressive, ball just seemed touchy. The second outing was not the same.

During practice, I noticed the lanes seemed to move well, so I thought I would try out the Euphoria. The ball cleared the heads easily, picked up a bit midlane, and the reaction continued to build all the way into the pindeck, clearing it with authority. The reaction was very arcish, yet surprisingly strong and predictable. The ball was strong enough it fooled me several times. First game was bad, but totally my fault for underestimating the ball

Second game, I was much more mentally prepared, and was able to utilize the balls potential much better with a move of the feet and targetting. If it wanted to hook, I would let it. I was able, from that point forward, to make normal "2 and1" adjustment towards the inside as the oil line moved, and never once did this ball even act remotely like it had one ounce of quit in it. By the last frame of game three, my feet were lined up on 37 with my target being 18 at the arrows. The Euphoria would run out easily to the breakpoint with no sign of burning early, then make its turn into the pocket, running off the deck directly between the 8 and 9 pins.

I WILL be using this ball a LOT. For those of you on a budget wanting a good symmetric piece, this ball is well worth a look.

Dislikes: None that I've been able to find so far

     BALL REACTION
Length----More than any of Seismic Reactive Bowling Balls(2.56RG) provides the most length from Seismic.
Back End----- my perfect blend for Medium/Light Oil Patterns(
Overall Hook---Less than other Seismic Reactive releases, just what its designed for
Midlane Read----little if any  before this ball turns the corner towards the pocket.  Clears the heads  again and again, but provides a different look when you adjust the  cover.
Breakpoint Shape----Semi Strong but not out of control  and far from being weak. I've tinkered with a polished and no  polish(2000grit & 4000grit) surface, ball provides more hook in the  midlane and a strong turn downlane but less over/under reaction, on  tighter patterns.

Likes: EASY EASY length, controlable off the spot easy to read yet makes a strong enough to move to cut the ten pin away. Carries like a champ keeps pins low on the deck and messengers are present when or if you can start moving deeper. Ball will hook more than advertised on dry conditons Imo this is a good thing not a bad thing

Dislikes: can be a touch/under when going very straight, for me I needed to arc it to the targets could not go staright at them.

USBC MASTERS PATTERN: Used this ball for a few games on the USBC Masters Pattern, wooden lanes worn track area. The First game I used my Epicenter the second was the BlackOut then came Euporia. The lanes by this point were FLYING. I couldnt keep the BlackOut right enough to hold line. Enter Euporia, playing the same area of the lane roughtly 22 out to ten at the break point at 45 feet the Euporia glided past the dry and eased off the break point much easier to read then the Blackout creating a more consistent look. I felt more comfortable and the adjustments became easier. The rest of the night I bumped left chasing it in. Euporia continued coming back off the spot no matter how deep I got.

THS: Brunswick Synthetics. Started going staright as possible and still hit the pocket. 11 and out to about 8-9 to my amazment the ball didn't jump through the face right off as I expected. It held line and flushed the pocket I stayed with that for a game or so. I played a game deeper with another ball then decided to go back to Euporia. the straighter line I had the first game was gone not enough oil to hold it. I moved left with the Euporia finally squaring up the pocket playing 15 or 16 out 7 or 8 at about 44 feet. Carry was still their even though I was deeper and covering more boards with the ball.

COMPARE: To the BlackOut drilled 35x6x35. BlackOut is stronger all around covers maybe 3-5 more boards depending upon the pattern. Eupouria as a different motion off the spot even with the 6 inch pin layout the Blackout , the Euporia creates easier length more of a old school reaction.

OVERALL: Great ball for drier house shot or broken down heavier conditions or a house with a used up track area the Euporia will shine. easier length than other gear and great carry from all angles make this ball something special.

I decided to lay out my euphoria 90 X 5 X 70, which is a fairly smooth drilling in my hands. I wanted to get length and smooth out the backend reaction a little bit.

What did I get?? Exactly that! when i start to encounter the lanes starting to really fry, I can whip out my Euphoria and move right. The weaker coverstock on the Euphoria definitely allows it to glide through the heads with ease and still make it back to the pocket with wicked hitting power!

The Euphoria should not be mistaken for a "weak" ball. But instead, a ball that can really get far downlane before it makes a move for those really dry conditions.

Get a Euphoria today and DEMOLISH the dry!

Likes: This is the most under rated ball in the Seismic lineup. It is very versatile on medium to lighter oil shots. I drill my own balls and drilled this ball for a control layout but kept the pin closer for the symmetric ball to get a little more hook on the end. This ball can be played up the bords or can easily cover lots of bords with a snappy finish when encountering friction by giving a little hand. I bought this ball at the end of the season and wanted to see if it would stay in the bag for this year. I kept not wanting to buy it at that time maybe because of the price level but I couldn't be more happier now that I did, real good ball with lots of punch for the money!!!
