Seismic Aftermath Video
« on: April 18, 2010, 03:26:46 PM »
Just threw a few shots on a 39' THS. Lane was bowled on a few games before but there was enough head oil for this beast.

Sorry the camera quality is pretty bad but hey it's a cheap camera!

Does the THS in question usually have heavier volume or meduim?

I was thinking of drilling my AfterMath with about the same layout.

on this particular day it was a little on the heavier side. I even threw some on a 41' shot last night with the same result (wish I took video then). I am very impressed with the ball and definetly satisfied with the way I had it layed out!

Wish you had a better cam. Enjoyed the vid though. Ball looks good.

Good Vid. Your second angle was the best and clearest one. The shot at 1:34 (next to last) has insane pin action, messengers galore.

I thought the same thing. I was really testing different angles along with different video resolutions. The only problem I had was my tripod is a very short one and that angle was actually the tripod sitting on top of the ball return. When the ball came back the camera kept sliding down so thats why I only showed a few shots. I'll get a better tripod and keep it there next time!

Sunday, I punched-up my Aftermath Mb 2 inches right of my Thumb and placed the Pin 4 inches from my 3.5 & 1 up PAP with a weight hole on my PAP back to zero but was too pressed for time to try it, last night on a Medium oil THS, I tried it a few shots in warm-up's and this mother moves, I put it away and used my normal ball (Mojave) for the next 2 games, in the 3rd game, we were loosing so bad that I thought "Oh what the heck", I dug out my Aftermath in the 6th frame, on the Left lane, I stood 45, placed the ball with a High amount of speed & revs up 23 out to 12, on the right lane, I had to stood in front of the ball return aiming for 23 out to 12 as well and ran 7 perfect 10 in the pit shots. I was so impressed by what I saw that today I pulled the trigger and had my driller order the Epicenter!

Used my AfterMath a couple times tonight, but not alot I was bowling in league,  had a side bet running that I wanted to win so i stuck with what I knew. But I just had to toss the AfterMath a few times.

Drilled 50x4?x70. Had a pretty good kick off the bp actually it was to much to fast for the condition so I put it away. kicked the MB out about 3 inchs to mellow it out and I still more than enough backend. Can't wait to try this thing where I dont have over the top returns LOL.
