Just noticed Dominion's hook potential (Better title!)

Right there on how the Blackout works. I'm not sure if it's a mistake or not, but the Dominion looks like a pretty sweet roller.

Let's be clear here. That is NOT the Dominion's suggested line.
That is a comparison only. Keep these prerequisites in mind.
That comparison is, to my way of thinking, based on
- ONE bowler,
- ONE drilling,
- One lane surface,
- One oil amount,
- ONE oil pattern,
- One day,
- at One bowling center,
- with the stock surface on each ball.

ONLY then, will those lines to the pocket represent how each ball will react. Change one variable in that whole list and all bets are off. Their relative reactions will be different.

That said, I love the concept behind the Dominion and I think it has the potential to be a great ball.

Sorry, didn't mean to make it seem that way! Brainfart when I was posting, so again! Apologizing to make it seem like I thought there's only one way to throw it. Looking back, I should have said "Hook comparison," or something along those lines.

Just thought it was a good bit of information for people who were hunting for more. It's going to be a beast, and if I don't have a Stampede by December, then the Dominion will be my first Seismic ball.

No problem, dude.
Like I said, "Just to be clear".

Charlest, just out of curiosity. Where would you put the Stampede in my current lineup? I have a figuring it'd be stronger than my Delta 1 that's drilled stacked, but further down lane?

It's just a hook/strength comparison, but everybody throws it different.  I think the core & cover combo was an outstanding idea.  You'll see reviews popping up soon.  But as a whole it will be an interesting, yet another fantastic piece from Seismic!

It would definitely be your strongest piece.  A different roll from the Delta 1 for sure.  More on the backend.  I rolled the snot out of my Delta 1.  That ball was my over/under killer!

I haven't had the chance to throw anything from Seismic, or even see anything on the lane in front of me, for that matter. I HAVE, however, convinced the bowling alley proprietor/pro shop owner to stock Seismic, or at least give them a chance. Trying to get some of the better bowlers of the place to group up so we can do something of a demo/field test for a little bit of promotion value, but that's after we get a feel for the equipment. I'm wanting to do a whole arsenal of Seismic, but that's expensive nowadays... Anyway! Back on topic!

So am I right in believing it's a really strong core paired with the coverstock from 2 of the medium end balls mixed?
