- Description: Storm has developed a pearlized version of the Dimensionâ„¢ with enhanced traction in the carry-down and increased entry angle to the pocket. We knew the perfect complement to the original Dimensionâ„¢ would be to wrap the Continuumâ„¢ core in a pearlized version of the R2Xâ„¢ coverstock. This would give added length and increased entry angle to the pocket on medium to lighter volume patterns. This ball is also be the perfect go-to ball once the Dimensionâ„¢ starts to read early friction in the front of the lane, causing it to slow down too fast. The idea is to utilize a different type of mica that would change the surface profile of the coverstock and create enhanced friction with the lane surface. What we have developed could possibly be the next evolution in surface technology.

I got this ball through a ball league. Have it drilled with pin 1/2 above ring finger with axis hole 4 inches out between fingertips and thumb hole. This ball reminds me of Christmas due to the smell of apple cinnamon! Overall I am getting used to this ball. It is a powerful ball! I tend to leave the ten pin standing on multiple shots. This ball does well on medium to oily conditions. I will practice with this ball more before I use it in league.

I've always liked particle pearls.  They seem to traction much better in the oil and not be as jumpy off the dry. I traded my Hot Sauce Pearl for this piece.

The layout on this ball gives me a quick move at the breakpoint.  I've used it on a variety of conditions, from heavy house to sport.  This balls best feature is the consistency of the reaction.  It works well for me from a variety of angles.  I can move in and play a small swing or play it up the boards.

On our old league pattern, that was much more wet/dry, the 2nd Dimension gave me a great look from just inside the oil line.  If I didn't quite catch enough track, the 2nd tractioned just enough to kick the corners.

On most sport conditions, this isn't a first ball out of the bag.  However, once a hook spot develops, this is my go-to piece.  It gives me just an extra board of carry when that happens. I used this ball to win a scratch tourney in Jan, playing 20 to 12 in match play on the Teen Masters pattern.

IMO, this ball would be a great addition to any tweeners arsenal.  Where alot of balls are just too strong or too weak for us, this ball fits the bill.

This ball is amazing. I have a pin-up one and a pin-down one and when I can't use one of them I can usually use the other. I can use it on almost anything, love, short, heavy, or dry lanes. It works on just about anything you want, change the surface and your good to go.
