Mystery "Red Ball" at MatchMaker events
« on: November 14, 2012, 03:47:05 PM »
Apparently Storm had a myster "red ball" to demo at some MatchMaker events they have held over the past few months...does anyone have any information on what type of ball this is or which line it may be in?  Anyone try the ball out and can describe how it rolled?

Specifically, did it have an MB mark?

yeah, but isn't a huge part of this forum the fun in speculation?  At a minimum we should be able to get from anyone who has thrown it if the ball was solid, pearl, or hybrid and if it had a PSA / MB marking to indicate asymetrical.

True. Guess im just getting weary. Too many of these types of posts with new equipment coming out from all brands. Whatever sold most or created the biggest hole, becomes the opposite around this time. I.E.: IQ tour Pearl, Arson Hybrid, Raptor Talon, Defiant Soul, etc, etc. Working in the shop, I'd rather just wait.... get tired of seeing good balls sit, while MORE balls come out to replace them.

We hosted a Match maker at St Clair Bowl a month ago and there were 4 of the Red test balls. They were assymetrical and it was a solid cover. If the release is the same as the testers it will be a huge hit. Good push in the front with a strong mid lane and unreal continuation. Earlier than the Lucid and it seemed to be stronger than a like drilled Nano.
