No it looks like a solid, darker than the regular !Q tour, with yellow lettering.

Would be stunned if it's not overseas, but it's the exact same ball as the IQ Tour Solid, not a thing is different aside from the name.

Ouch lol. Should put the Radical Score graphic but with 8/ instead of strikes on the ball.  Someday my IQ Tour will save me but until then its getting shade for being over a buck fifty in cost.

Mine got me 4th place in a decent sized tournament for a $550 payout. That's with buying it used so it's got a plug and redrill on it. When it matches up on a sport pattern just right..you'll know to keep it in your hands.

That's what I figured.  I just bought the ball too early as need to get good enough where I want to bowl on sport patterns.

Other than the logo/pin coloring I don't see any difference from the original iQ Tour solid.  Wonder why Storm produced this?

They do color changes with the same specs quite a bit overseas.

One of the guys on FB that is overseas that was selling one said it was 5 boards stronger.

Who knows if he compared a new iq tour to the iq tour 2.   Odds are it's pretty close...

He claims he drilled a fresh IQ Tour to compare.

Overseas.  The way it was explained to me, the overseas market and specifically Japan is opposite of the way it is here, if you are in Japan and you see someone else doing well with a ball, it's considered cheap or poor form or the like to then go and get one yourself, so that's why the overseas market gets so many releases, often the same ball over and over again with a different color scheme or sometimes just a name tweak like in this case, or kind of the Mr. Potato Head thing.  For this one, you add the 2, change the label color, bam, new ball.  Here, people are really suggestable and it's completely acceptable to see someone else doing well with a ball and then go get one too.

To Luke's point, one of the biggest difference in the overseas Asian bowling markets is that the competitive bowlers and bowling enthusiasts are at a higher socioeconomic status than the average bowler in the United States. More expendable income....more money spent on their hobby of choice.
