victory road pearl replacement

what do you guys thing will replace the victory road pearl? cover and core. share thoughts and ideas!

From what I have seen, the Gold IQ Pearl with a slight surface tweak to tame down the flippiness on the backend would probably come close.  I think the Marvel Pearl is earlier and stronger overall; not as clean through the front as the Victory Road Pearl.  The Crossroad still being out you could do a weak drilling which could also come close.  But if you are talking about stuff just being released, from what I have seen on the lanes in terms of ball motion, the Gold IQ Pearl is a possibility.

The !QTP can definitely hang with the Victory Road in terms of overall hook on a THS. While the !QTP doesn't snap off the dry like my Victory Road does my !QTP has more overall hook. I can see the !QTP with a pin down drilling be a complete monster and be the biggest hook ball in the bag. JMO.

oh yeah. ive drilled an iq tour pearl and it is awesome. but i mean what will replace it in their product line. what will they be releasing

Why not another Victory Road Pearl? I know my driller has a case at his house just for himself in case his current one dies/cracks/chips. From what I hear, they are still rolling this one out of the factory pretty steady.

Everyone got it wrong lol including me.

He's wanting to know what storm might release next with a coverstock and core combination.

Well last sunday with that storm commercial where they show the vision in the eye with a core design, it was the invasion core every time until this past sunday. Not sure what core it's called but I have a feeling it's going to be that core with R2X Solid cover stock.

Seems like just about every new release comes out as a Solid then a few months later a Pearl version comes out.

possibly a pearl reign of power? depending on how it sells? personally i really liked the hyroad and t-roads the most of all.. wish they can just remake that ball and keep it i the line up for the next 20 years lol

and yes, as of january 1st the victory road pearl and virtual gravity nano solod was discontinued. but now they dont have a pearl ball with that type of roll in their line... to replace the nano they made the sync, and reign of power to replace the victory road solid, but storm and roto grip dont have an upper mid high rg pearl ball.. with the exception of the fire road but that ball is a different story

what if storm made a reactor/thunder core ball? I hear too often of a stronger cover option but personally I have not liked the roll of r2s bowling balls without a stronger core ex:fringe. Nothing quite rolls thenway the vr pearl does so I can't see storm waiting too long for a new road pearl.

What's wrong with the fire road? From what I hear there r2x is nothing close to the marvel pearl even though they have the same surface.

remaking the t-road pearl in my opinion probably would be their absolute best move. nothing will beat those three(troad pearl/solid and hyroad)
