As noted in this article, "Malott's victory marked the 13th time a Storm or Roto Grip staffer has won this year, including free agents, who have used Storm or Roto Grip equipment."  They're including Jeff Carter's victory in the plastic ball tournament since he's a Storm staffer, even though he technically wasn't using a Storm ball that week thanks to the unusual format.

They are stretching that a bit, well a lot.  Other than that it's obvious they have been the dominate factory this year.
