X-Factor dry?

Because I just got my Special Agent and it is more of a heavier oil ball, would my orginal X-Factor be a decent dry oil ball?

Storms JOlt Solid/Pearl could work with a weaker drilling and also the Tropicals are darn good on lighter patterns, but both balls are stronger than most think and drilling them weaker should be the way to go.
