rapid fire over under problems

Lately my rapid fire has been really over under, and im having quite a bit of trouble controlling its break point. its drilled pin above ring finger, and at box surface. i am planning on getting ebonite's surface management kit and learning how to do some surface changes so i was wondering what surface adjustments could smooth out the break point and get a more consistant roll or if you are using the rapid what surface adjustments you've made that you really liked

any info is appreciated thanks guys

Go with trial & error and work in small increments. Start with knocking the OOB finish down and then trying it. Hit it with a new piece of 4000 Abralon and then work down to 2000, etc. And then maintain it.

I have mine at 4000 with pin above the fingers,no polish, This ball is very
good for medium oil.

It has pin in the ring finger (5" from axis), cg out. I got it used off e-bay, and it has become my go-to ball on most short to medium length patterns. It is very versatile.

I have mine drilled the same way and I always had over under.  I took it at 4000 and I haven't had that problem yet.  as it was said before, it is great on medium oil at 4000 (no polish).  

It actually moved very similar to my pin under hyroad.
