Hi All - Recently I had a failure on my stacked bowling bag. First, I place the top two piece bag on the base unit and lock it in, clip. Next I extend the handle. But it seems to lock in at the first stop. I have been trying to break free the stop, to get the full extension. No luck! Is this bag just a Throw Away? Denny

Does it extend fully if you have the top bag off?

Maybe tug on it that way to see if you can free it up. If under warranty, definitely contact Storm.

You may be able to order a replacement handle directly from Storm. They are relatively easy to replace.

Hi All - Thanks for your tips! I will contact Storm and purchase the replacement handle assembly. I went to the Storm WEB Site and did not see it offered. I am working the problem. I will get back with final results. Denny
