What do you guys think of this ball?

I have one brand new. How does this ball roll and how much
carry down can it take?

i think you'll be surprised at how smooth this ball is. but don't be fooled, it is super strong on oily conditions. it also tends to help you blend over under conditions as well. where it really shines for me is those tournament patterns where nothing else seems to get back to the pocket, i know i can pull the trifecta out and at least get to the 1-3.
i think it is the most under rated ball storm has made. i see the trifecta matching up good for most styles, as long as it is used on what it is intended for. the only downfall to it is when you try to use it on med to dry conditions, it tends to hit flat. in a nut shell, know and realize when it is time to put it away and you will do great with it.

after looking at your profile, pending on what drilling you use, i think it wiil be a tad less overall hook than the goliath, but more than your epic. it will have a stronger backend motion than the goliath as well.

My team mate bought this right at the halfway part of last season. I loved the ball reaction from the first time he threw it. The price was a little steep for me at the time so when the guy in the pro shop was selling his with about 30 games on (he averaged 230 with it) I jumped on it. The ball rolls real smooth and covers alot of boards. I have the pin at 12 o'clock and cg in palm and the ball is sweet. I bowl in 2 leagues on Mondays and the ball works great on fresh oil and also on the late league with carry down. Both our averages went up and we ended up top money in the league (yeah baby!!).  Stopncrank is right about dry lanes. The ball hits real flat because it loses too much energy early. Wet to medium lanes works best. The only thing bad about the ball is that the bridge cracked.
