I am a medium rev player. 15 mph ball speed. Looking to add about 6 storm or roto balls. I currently have Phaze III, Idol Pearl & IQ Tour Emerald. Bowl on house patterns as well as sport patterns also.

Since you have the mid performance skid/flip reaction taken care of; this is the direction that I would go.
Heavy oil - UFO and Nuclear Cell
Mid Performance Smooth - IQ Tour Black and IQ Emerald
Mid Performance Angular - Phaze III and Idol Pearl
Mid Performance Benchmark - Axiom
Lower/Mid Performance - MVP Pearl
Light Oil - Tropical Surge
If you want to go urethane then the Pitch Purple. But with you having medium revs; it may or may not match up with you as it seems the only guys making tv shows with urethane are those with rev rates over 400. Technically you could conquer a wide variety of conditions with less balls but it is ultimately up to you. If it was up to me, I would go this route.
Heavy - UFO
Benchmark - Axiom
Smooth - IQs
Angular - Either the Idol Pearl or Phaze III but not both.
Lower - Hustle HSB
Light - Tropical Surge
I just took you from 10 balls down to 7 but that did not include a urethane.
