I bowl in gateway tournaments which is 20 games i bowl the second and fourth sets of five usually and they dont re oil. and im looking for a ball that i wont have to move in super deep with. so do you think it would work here. adn also a ball that i can play straight up with on a house shot

I have a JOLT pearl, pin up, 5" from my PAP. I have slower speed and a high rev rate.

My experience with this ball has been that it is VERY skid/snappy. It gets through the front and midlane very easily and is extremely angular at the break point. I've been most successful playing very deep angles on drier conditions with this ball. I also haven't been able to use it on any sport conditions/pba patterns because it's too "flippy". For me, this is a niche ball that i use to open up the lanes when my T-road pearl is hooking too early.

A couple of times I've tried this on house conditions from outside angles and I've been successful, but on extremely easy conditions where everything rolls well. One thing about this ball that i didn't expect is that it "jumps" off of the break point pretty violently.

For that, I would personally go check out Roto Grip's line of Planets.  I just got myself a Neptune, and it's allowing me to square up on dead shots where my T-Road Pearl is bellying.  Mine is drilled 6 x 3.5, so it's a bit sharp off the break (if you can really call it sharp), so I'm gonna knock off the polish and hope it gives me a bit smoother of a read.

Under "Ball Manufacturers" on the left hand side of this site click on the Storm link & click on Jolt pearl.  There are a few reviews by some users who explain how the ball works for them.  I think you'll find what you're looking for w/the Jolt Pearl. JMO.
