If the Nano Lock is a stateside release as well (January probably) that would make a pretty solid lineup with that series.
The original Lock was kind of hit or miss in my area. I think a lot of it was being too strong of a ball with too strong of a layout for the conditions we generally see though. Same thing happened with the Crux. The pearl of that ball was better for most and I expect the same of the Snap Lock too.

The Lock has been my go to ball, most of the time. I was hoping for a solid, but I will probably get the S/L, in the fall.

Snap lock and rocket ship.

In my honest opinion, Storm shorted us of a new cover for the USA market... should've been a R4S Pearl or GI-16 Pearl for the USA Pearl Lock. Instead they are adopting the overseas release 6 MONTHS after it was released in Japan. Perhaps they tried and tested other pearls on the RAD-X but couldn't find one that matches up better than the overseas R3S Pearl

I would think they had to have tested a few different cover variations on the core. I'd say it's very possible Storm decided R3S was the best option. I'd rather them test and release to the public what they feel is best instead of just going with a new cover

Was Pete throwing a Snap Lock tonight?
-
I thought he was throwing the Optimus Pearl which has been one of his go to balls, but it could have been a Snap Lock as they look very similar.....red, white, blue.

at first I was thinking Optimus Pearl too, but usually you can see the logo when he is throwing them

I'm pretty sure John Szczerbinski was throwing a Snap Lock on the show Sunday too.
