Title: Cracking Around the Fingers on a T-Struck Solid (UPDATE 03-18-2007)

Lucky to have 10 games on this ball and all around the fingers, cracking has begun. It was drilled correctly and never abused.

Has anyone else had this problem and did they replace the ball or what ?

Update

After throwing the ball about another 6 games, and the Piece of crap Pro Job still insists on it cracking all out before call a Storm Rep, I took it upon myself and emailed storm with all the info and serial #, and still no resonse after nearly a week. SO all I can say, STORM will NEVER see my money again.

i had thesame problem with the Agent after 40 games, they replaced it withouth hasitation.

No problem with mine, drilled correctly and totally abused.  No cracks...

Call up Storm and tell them to give you a replacement.

Call Storm?  Take it back where you bought it and have them replace it.

I stopped by the Pro Shop Saturday Morning while the kids were bowling league, and he said to bring it in and he will call storm. He said in the past on some that had cracked they could tell him the serial number, I guess they had a bad batch or two.

Today I went to the ProShop and he said throw it until it completely cracks out. What kind of BS is that ? Needless to say he won't be seeing my hard earned money in the future.

That isn't very good customer service...but the question is...did you BUY the ball from them???

My Paradigm had a hairline (barley visible) crack coming from the cg around the finger hole. E-mailed Storm and took it to the driller and it was replaced immediately with no problem.
