Definitely storms best ball!!

Storm has "owned" the bowling ball market for a while now. They just keep climbing and producing better and better equipment. So I am posting this thread just to talk about storm and see what balls you have liked since 2008. My top five favorite balls since 2008 in order from most to least are the VE, Frantic, victory road pearl, hyroad, and marvel. list what you have liked the most since 2008

Lucid.. got this ball 2 weeks ago and my low series with it so far is 709 and thats in 2 weeks of bowling and bowling 4 nights a week. 3 279's so far and 300 is right around the corner, ball could easily become favorite of all time lol

May not be Storm but they are in the family - I will stick with ROTO GRIP - best rolling pieces for me lately and the hardest hitting balls at least IMO. Critical Theory (2) ---Defiant Edge -- Berserk -- Shatter

I never tried the nano solid. I can not really complain though because I bought the marvel solid instead. But i still wish i would have given it a try.

I had the Nano Solid for a while and now have the Defiant.  The Nano Solid definitely had a ton of strength on the backend and was angular.  I got good length and it was pretty easy to read in the midlane.

Comparing the Defiant, it's also angular but seems to be a little cleaner up front and does more in the midlane.  I also seem to carry a bit better with it whereas the Nano sometimes would be a little flat.

Both balls are really good choices on heavy oil or longer length patterns.  My preference goes to the Defiant based on my game.  But, I have been able to make a Nano work out well by taking the cover down to 2000 to make the reaction shape smoother.

I was never really able to use the defiant with my rev rate. well i should say comfortably. I normally started over the 4th to 5th arrow pushing it out to the 5th board. great pin carry.

I loved the Dimension and Marvel!! The Reign Supreme was also a great ball and I also liked the Nano!
