Did Randy say the Virtual Gravity is PARTICLE?
« on: February 22, 2009, 03:39:50 AM »
Just now when Randy was showing the 5 different kinds of bowling balls through the generations... after he got done with the Thunder Road and saying it was a Reactive ball... the next ball on the rack was a Virtual Gravity, in which he said was a little stronger with it being a Reactive Particle.

I thought the Virtual Gravity was a PURE Solid Reactive ball?

Thanks!

I'm pretty close with Randy, and was wondering that myself. I know as a storm staffer that he is trying to rep their best products. But it makes no sense as the virtual, at least according to my knowledge, has no particle or micas.  Yet the very newest release by Storm, the Second Dimension, is a pearl with E.T.M. (Enhanced Traction Micas). Need to ask him about that. Not good product representation and incorrect information.

Who cares what it is?  Does it roll well?  Does it do what it's designed to do?  Does it strike?  Then good, it could be made of mud, rat tails, and baby livers, as long as it rolls good who cares what the name/components of the coverstock is?  Listen to how anal some of you sound.  It's crazy.

+1 DP3. I have had customers come in and say the same complaint, oh well particle doesn't last blah blah. Well if you take care of it its, very useful.

HAHA, as soon as I heard him say that on T.V., I knew there would be a tread about this.  Who does care?
