Shift or Special Agent

I have a problem, in my arsenal theres a oob Lane1 dirty bomb and a ruff buff finished lane1 hybrid dirty bomb and i need something to fill med-heavy to heavy oil lanes.Something a little stronger in the oil than my hybrid dirty bomb.I was thinking the shift or special agent. can someone maybe explain the balls reactions to me and what the better choice would be,I'm a tweener and thanks for responses.
