Spoiler, this ball is nothing like the original Phaze.  The core cover combo here makes this really one of the strongest symmetric balls from Storm.  You can read or listen to the review.  I know many felt like the original Phaze was hit or miss and I would agree with that.  This is a different animal altogether...
