What is the difference in the two balls?   They're both accu-tread with a slightly different core.

The triple cores have 3 different density disks, I think creating more of an effect(mass bias??) in the triples.

I am very impressed with the Triple X pearl!!  Vs the X factor.  Seems to retain and be stronger at the hole when right!  The X factor was much more even in it's move.

REgards,

X factor core(pearl)= Deuce core
Triple X core(pearl) = Triple Extreme core

Extreme is stronger than the deuce. It picks up a tad quicker and is stronger on the back. I do have an extreme and if you look in one these other posts I did a little mini review on it. The accutread cover has been modified I do believe on the extreme. It seams to be a little bit more brittle than on the deuce during drilling.

Thanks for the info.  My duece really works well for me, and I was wondering if I should try the extreme.  It sounds like it does a little more than the duece,  but maybe not  $150 to $200 worth.

Thank You
