Fast
« on: October 12, 2009, 05:23:16 PM »
Anyone else find their Fast to be relatively weak? Mine is drilled 5" from my PAP, pin over bridge. It was too over/under for me at box surface so I took it to 2000 abralon and polished it with Snake Oil. I know the core isn't too strong, but the R2S Pearl coverstock is decently strong, I believe. Don't get me wrong, I'm actually glad it's weaker than I expected. Just curious if anyone else has experienced the same thing.

I drilled my fast pretty similar to yours.  It is super straight on oil, and rolls pretty hard of friction.  So far, it's not very good on house shots but is money on flatter patterns when I'm in around 25-30.  The ball will create a little hold for me when my Hy-Roads want to hook early.  Just way to much puddle in the middle on the house shots around here.
