Both are good balls and it depends on what you like. To me, the Reign will handle more head oil and allow you to really open up the lane. When there is a little less oil in the heads, it's Fast time. The cores flex their muscles two different ways.
The Reign is as advertised a monster ball off of the break. I punched mine this week and it played 3 days, three different surfaces (2 syn, 1 wood) and different volumes of oil. The first two nights I used the Reign game 1 & 2 and by game 3 the heads were two chopped up to use it. Last night there was a ton of over/under from the start but it did show any problems with handling it.
