Furious polished?
« on: September 19, 2009, 10:21:14 AM »
I purchased another Furious due to the regular OOB finish hooking a little bit to much in my Tuesday league

Has anyone polished one up and if so what did you polish it to?
Did it react like you wanted it to?

IMO, I had mine polished and up to 4000 by the pro shop because I was whining it was too agressive...I don't like the reaction. I can't seem to be consistent with it now. Too much skid and if I'm not dead on with speed ect I lose it. I'm going back to the OOB and using a different ball. I'll save this bad-boy for the deeper stuff.

Randy,

Instead of polishing your Furious, did you try just hitting it with 4000 Abralon (sanding it up)?  I think you may like that reaction better than polishing.  At 4000 the Furious is dead between an OOTB Furious and a Fast.
