Stronger in oil handling capability and not quite as sharp on the backend. Optimus is basically a new Marvel Pearl just slightly different from the marvel

depends on the layouts and surfaces of both. It's possible to have both and for them to compliment each other, but they can also be a little too similar at times.

What balls do you currently throw?

The Optimus would essentially replace the spot of the Lucid or maybe fit right under it depending on layout and surface prep.
The Byte would fit more towards the Fusion in your lineup.

Havent tried the Optimus, but I have a Lucid, Byte, and Marvel Pearl.  Loved the Lucid on flatter longer tourney patterns.  Byte was a bit stronger than Lucid, but I haven't really hit a tourney where it was great.  In the interim I drilled a Marvel pearl, and it is exceptional.  I like it where I used the Lucid, but the MP is a bit stronger also.  The symmetrical core makes it a lot more versatile on the flatter patterns.  Pretty sure the Optimus is very close to the MP.

maybe totally defiant instead of the byte.

it would go
sync, td, fusion, optimus, then I'm thinking hyroad pearl, and lights out for heavier ths.  comments will be greatly appreciated.
