If you were going to switch over to Storm, what would be a good two ball arsenal to start with? Something to cover medium to medium heavy and another to cover medium light to light.
Thanks.

There's a handful of options so it just depends on what you consider to be medium-heavy and medium-light.
My house is fairly high friction and I have decent hand so I could go with something like an IQ Nano and Ride.
IQ Nano - Ride
Optimus Solid - Punch Out
HyRoad - Breeze
Basically we don't have enough information to give a full recommendation because each person and house is different. There are a lot of options with Storm/Roto

Find that benchmark ball that works and a ball down. I tend to go Solid/pearl combo and adjust the covers.
Tropical Heat/Breeze
Hyroad/victory road
T solid/ fired up
Horizon/sonic x
Erase-it/tropical

Uproar and plastic, should be able to handle a large variety of patterns, especially if you just adjust the surface on the uproar.

I had success with hyroad medium - heavy and uproar medium- light. Uproar may seem ridiculously strong but its just works great playing the inside line right after playing with the hyroad.

It depends on how much hand you have and what you're bowling on.
My 2 ball house shot arsenal currently consists of a HyperCell Skid drilled stong and a Rocket drilled to go long and snap. I am a low rev/high rotation lefty and feel this combo works on almost every house shot I see.
What are your stats? Do you usually need more aggressive equipment or weaker stuff?

This seems like a great start to build an arsenal around. One stronger, one longer, a spare ball and a great 5 ball bag to carry plenty of places.

Thanks for the replies. I just want to try a different brand and I see a lot of people scoring pretty good with Storm. The house I bowl at does not understand that lanes need oil so I am looking for balls for medium to light conditions. Right now I'm using a Track Mx05 which is too strong after the first games unless I stand in line with the left gutter which is too deep for me. I've also got a Blue Hammer but I have a problem leaving 10 pins with it. I can rev the ball up fairly well but, being older, my speed is around 13-14 unless there is a strong wind behind me. I have a couple of balls I can use for heavier oil. They stay home most of the time.
Anyway, thanks for the suggestions. I'm going to look into these before the new season.

if a mx05 is to much you need to be in the lights out and ride or tropical range.

I agree with the poster above, if the Mx05 is too much ball you would be looking at a Rocket/Hyroad as the stronger ball and a Ride as the weaker ball if you wanted to go with Storm.
