I was in the shop a few days ago to buy a replacement for my Pin Slasher and saw a Gravity w/ 2-3" pin and 3oz. top. I almost bought it, but decided I'd get some extra input first.
With the same drilling the surface, how would a Gravity compare w/ my Break Pearl (in my profile)? My BP is the picture of skid/snap, and from what I've seen from others, the Gravity has more midlane.
If it fills a gap in what I already have, great. I feel that my Pin Slasher by itself covers my needs w/ some surface play. I'm purely interested in the possibility of having a new toy...or not. Any input?

IMO the gravity shift is money knock the polish off and it seems to really give you a good midlane but get down lane far enough and with enough backend where it kicks corners very well. It also has one of the best covers out Ive got 500-1000 games on mine and it still rolls very well.

That's pretty much the reaction I've seen from others throwing the ball. It's got a strong backend, but still looks to be controllable. What surface do you like yours at?
If my first Pin Slasher hadn't been stolen, I would have picked this ball up instead of a replacement Pin Slasher. I can get a pretty good price for it at my pro shop, which makes it even more tempting.

I have it at 1500 + polish and then a light scuff with a pad it gets it to be as if I rolled it 30 or so games and dulled the polish down a bit(almost like polishing by hand) which with my lower ball speed gets me the length I need.
