Title: How would these two balls compare?

If drilled the same and not changing the surface how would the Storm Pitch Black compare with the Blue Hammer?  What if both had the same surface?

The Storm Pitch Black would be stronger overall. The Blue Hammer is more of a classic urethane while the Pitch Black is modified version of urethane.
