IQ tour original First Impressions

So I have finally sipped of the cool aid!

A believer in lower flare balls since my Icon 2 worked every time at a distant house shot for 13 years until an unfortunate crack in 2!  Bwaah.

A house league session with a similar handed bowler on the right side and a great ebay opportunity led me to coupling up with what I still believe is the best of these balls, (at least for this thrower).

Noticed in my league session was this soft speed strong handed righty all of sudden had a small strong belly and a smooth flip off our pretty harsh wet dry on the right leading to small adjustments all night and lots of balls that looked like 9 pin would be the result but the smaller flare led to a nip and carry of the 9 pin!  Nice big set.

Now me....trying with my developing two handed style I noted even with what would be a 5.5 by 5.5 drilling (if my Pap is the same righty as lefty) I note the strong midlane (which I usually don't have with such a weak core orientation(say 80 degrees)).  Which surprised me with a nice smooth readable curl off our harsh righty wet dry.

I look forward to verifying my righty 2 hand pap and replicating left the above drilling and comparing on our twice as harsh lefty wet/dry!

It looks like it might be fun!
