Title: Hy-Road Weight Block

Is the Hy-road weight block open as the pictures show or is it a complete sphere with the light bulb core inside of it?

I would assume it's a complete sphere. Otherwise it wouldn't be considered a symmetrical weight block.

It's a complete sphere for sure.
