Purchasing ball online

Recently I purchased a Storm X-Factor original from http://www.bowlersbargains.com/offers.php. The transaction was made to my account on 2/13 and I haven't received the ball yet. Whoever has bought a ball from them, how long was the delivery?? I just sent them an e mail, but haven't heard from them yet.

I went to the site you referenced .. claim they don't charge your account till they ship .. if you were charged on Feb 13 .. you have a legit gripe. I also notice they give a phone number .. you didn't mention calling them .. I would! They sure look legitimate .. I certainly would have ordered through them .. they are in NEVADA .. but .. I would call them until you get some satisfactory answers!

Since I have been waiting so long, I called them at  702-631-3428, but no one answer so I left a message. Someone suggested to call 866-244-4484 which I did. Someone answered right away and gave me the tracking number on 2/28. I tracked the package right away. UPS indicates that "it needs coorect street number" since it arrived at my local UPS site on 2/22. I e mailed UPS for details and they said it's reschedule for redelivery on 3/1. I waited again, now the pakcage is goin back to the sender when I tracked my package again tonight!! I double checked paypal and I did put down the correct address. Oh my god... I don't know how long have to wait... such a bad experience with http://www.bowlersbargains.com
