Title: IQ Series
Post by: AlonzoHarris on July 19, 2016, 12:10:35 AM
What's been the results/experiences of low rev players using the IQ series balls?

I've drilled multiple IQ Tours for people and haven't had a person not like it!  High rev/low rev/slow speed/fast speed-doesn't matter with this ball.

I know quite a few low rev players who loved the gold IQ pearl and a couple that still throw it

I'm a speed dominate stroker and when I purchased the IQ Tour solid, my PSO told me he didn't think it was a good ball for me due to being a speed dominate stroker.  This ball became one of my favorites.  It was so versatile.  However, it cracked all the way around last fall.  I replaced it with a Venom Shock which has turned out for me to be on par with the IQ Tour solid.

I am a 275rpm, high rotation, fairly speed dominant lefty and from my experience, I have found success using the IQ Tour Solid on sport shots where control is key.  It is my benchmark on sport shots.

I have not had much if any success with it (or the IQ Tour Pearl) on house shots where the margin for error is much greater.  For a speed dominant bowler, there are better choices for house shots.

As a low rev low axis rotation righty, the IQ solid is the oldest ball in my arsenal.  Might be about time to replace it, but it has been a great ball on tougher outside shots.
